Solar Oven

Description:

• Design and build a solar oven.

Members:

• Research Team: Julia, Esteban, Jorge, Karely, Miya
• Work in pairs.

Current Tasks:

• Identify materials needed
• Identify who is going to build an oven so we can calculate materials and cost
• Work in pairs or individually?
• Students bring in own box
• Contest to measure hotest oven? How to judge?

Preparation Information:

• Hope for a sunny day. Usually solar ovens get hot enough to melt S'mores (which is good enough for eating!).
